Ethiopian Yergacheffe

Coffee as we know it originated in Ethiopia, and to this day, some of the best coffee in the world hails from the mountainous Yergacheffe region of Ethiopia. Ethiopian coffee, by nature, is known for its floral, fruity quality, so we roast this coffee delicately to bring out notes of stone fruit, candied lemon, and Jasmine tea. Best enjoyed black with no cream or sugar, this coffee is the lightest roast we offer.
